American Pharoah at Even Money for Belmont Stakes

Despite not seeing a Triple Crown in nearly four decades, horseplayers are jumping on the American Pharoah bandwagon and the colt is currently at even money in betting odds at Bodog for the Belmont Stakes.

The colt won the Kentucky Derby by a length as the 5-2 favorite, and then took to the sloppy conditions at Pimlico to win the Preakness Stakes by seven lengths as the 4-5 favorite.

Top Three Kentucky Derby Finishers Favorites for Preakness

The top three finishers from the Kentucky Derby (G1) will meet up again at Pimlico Race Course on Saturday, May 16 in the second jewel of the Triple Crown, the $1 million Preakness Stakes (G1).

Kentucky Derby winner American Pharoah leads the way in the early betting at 5/6 at Bodog. Trained by Hall of Famer Bob Baffert, the colt is at betting odds of 9/4 to win the Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes and become the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed in 1978.
